SLANG - Common Trooper misnomer for localized ground transport vehicles for troops and supplies, typically of the 2 tonne to 5 tonne cargo capability. A variation on the original mid-20th Century "Deuce-N-Half" familiar used for US Army 2 ton trucks with the back wheels replaced by half track Tank treads.
