30 days later, as COMMAND continues to hunt down the last few
MEGANITE Fighters MacMANUS is in a deep funk, and a brief reunion with his friends doesn't help until he realizes what the pay rate for the Stellar 20 mission is. As each of his friends are hoping they're all going so they'll all return at about the same time and reunite MacMANUS is faced with staying behind and being miserable or putting in the three years and getting what he wants on his return. The clincher is a rogue Meganite Fighter heading for Earth with only MacMANUS and the RIGEL THREE left to intercept. MacMANUS decides to go, Alison joins him for the trip to the Mars Conversion Yard.
